About Us Bad Lab Apparel is a custom apparel and decoration shop in Middle River serving fire, EMS, and public safety departments, schools, teams, and local businesses. We do screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, and laser work under one roof. We run a lot of orders, and many of them are high-mix: team stores, department orders, and rush jobs. We're looking for an experienced automatic press operator to help us keep that work moving. The Role You'll run our ROQ U10 automatic press, from setup through final count. We have a dedicated screen room assistant who handles reclaiming, coating, and burning screens, so your time stays on the press. What You'll Do Set up, register, and run multi-color jobs on the ROQ U10 automatic Handle frequent changeovers on short and mid-size runs efficiently Mix and manage plastisol inks and match colors to spec Set and monitor flash and dryer settings to make sure prints cure correctly Check print quality throughout each run and catch problems before they become reprints Read work orders and confirm garments, colors, sizes, and placements before you print Perform routine press maintenance and keep the press area clean and organized Work with the screen room, art, and close-out teams so jobs ship complete and on time Required Proven experience operating an automatic screen printing press Strong on-press registration and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with plastisol inks, flashing, and curing Attention to detail, and the habit of checking the order before printing it Reliable attendance and the ability to work at a production pace Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Experience on ROQ presses Experience with specialty inks or techniques such as puff, high density, discharge, or simulated process Experience with team, department, or name/number orders

$19.00 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
