What you'll do As an Assistant Press Operator, you will support the Press Operator in the setup, production, and cleanup of screen-printed orders. You'll play a key role in keeping jobs moving efficiently while making sure printed garments meet quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Unloading garments from the press during production Inspecting prints for quality, consistency, detail, and registration Assisting with setup by loading screens, inks, squeegees, and flood bars based on job specs Cleaning ink and press hardware between jobs to support smooth changeovers Staging inks, screens, and garments for upcoming orders to reduce downtime Keeping the press area clean, organized, and production-ready throughout the shift Supporting basic press operation and minor adjustments under the direction of the Press Operator Building the skills needed to run simple jobs when the main operator is unavailable Following shop safety procedures when using equipment, inks, and cleaning chemicals Communicating clearly with the Press Operator and Production Manager about quality, timing, or material issues What we're looking for We want someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and cares about doing the job right. Required qualifications 1+ year of screen printing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
