Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Flexo Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality packaging and label products. Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, precise color management, and adherence to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced printing technology in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Set up, operate, and troubleshoot flexo printing presses to ensure optimal performance and print quality Adjust press parameters such as ink flow, pressure, and registration for precise color matching and layout accuracy Conduct prepress tasks including color management, layout design, and proofing to prepare files for production Monitor printing processes continuously, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistent quality Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of press equipment to minimize downtime Conduct quality control inspections throughout production runs, checking for color accuracy, registration, and print defects Material handling and equipment setup or repair Requirements Proven experience operating flexo presses in a manufacturing or print shop environment Understanding of layout design, typography, and print advertising standards Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Flexo Press Operator where your skills will drive the creation of exceptional printed products!
