This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in DTF printing, digital printing, graphic design, apparel decoration, or similar production work. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. This is a hands-on position where you will work with artwork, printing equipment, garments, and heat-pressing Responsibilities Prepare, edit, resize, and clean up artwork for production. Work with transparent backgrounds and properly save production files. Work with vector and EPS files. Load artwork into RIP software and prepare layouts for printing. Operate a DTF printer and powder/curing equipment. Monitor print quality and make adjustments when needed. Cut, align, and heat press transfers onto garments. Work with different fabrics, including cotton, polyester, synthetics, and blends. Adjust heat and pressure settings based on the material. Perform basic daily equipment maintenance, including nozzle checks and printhead cleaning. Troubleshoot basic printing and equipment issues. Assist with other production tasks as needed. #
