Screen Printing Operator

Screen Printer (Experienced Preferred) Advantage Emblem & Screen Printing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. You'll work in a modern, well-lit, clean, and safe production environment within a fast-paced screen printing department.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime available during peak seasons

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain both automatic and manual screen printing presses Set up jobs, including screens, inks, squeegees, and substrates Mix and match inks to meet color specifications Align and register screens for accurate prints Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Clean screens, tools, and work areas before and after production runs Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects Follow production schedules and meet deadlines Maintain proper ink inventory and report supply needs Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous screen printing experience preferred Familiarity with both automatic and manual presses is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and team mindset Willingness to learn and be trained We are looking to hire the best candidate immediately.
