Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision metal stampings, washers, spacers, and shims, is seeking a Punch Press Lead to join their team. As a Punch Press Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Press Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Shift:
  • Monday
  • Friday; 7:00AM
  • 3:30PM (overtime available post-training)
  • What's the Job?
  • + Lead the press setup and operation processes to ensure efficient production. + Facilitate training for team members to develop their skills and knowledge. + Ensure all safety regulations are followed during press operations. + Collaborate with team members to optimize press room workflows and processes. + Maintain accurate records of training, process improvements, and operational data.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Deep understanding of press setup and operation processes. + HS/GED Completion + Experience utilizing micrometers/calipers + Strong leadership and training abilities to guide team members effectively. + Familiarity with manufacturing software and processes (1+ year). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
