The ideal candidate will have experience operating both manual and automatic screen-printing equipment and a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen-printing equipment while ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust manual and automatic screen-printing equipment. Prepare, clean, and reclaim screens for print production. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Monitor production runs to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure reliable operation and longevity. Follow all company safety procedures and production protocols. Qualifications Previous experience operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment. Strong understanding of screen-printing processes, garment decoration, and production workflows. Familiarity with warehouse or production environments is preferred. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
