Full-time Job Summary Round Here Clothing Company is looking for an experienced screen printer to join our production team. In this role, you'll run both manual and automatic presses to produce high-quality prints on a variety of garments. Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment (manual & automatic presses) to produce high-quality prints Prepare screens (coating, exposing, reclaiming) and perform setups/breakdowns Review orders for accuracy before production begins Mix inks, match PMS colors, and perform multi-color registration Maintain and troubleshoot presses and dryers to ensure optimal performance Monitor curing requirements and quality control throughout production Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist in layout/design tasks as needed Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of screen printing experience (manual & automatic press) Strong understanding of mesh counts, screen tension, emulsion, and exposure Skilled in ink mixing, PMS color matching, and multi-color registration Ability to print on a wide range of garments (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.) Knowledge of curing requirements and ability to identify/correct print defects Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality control Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong time management and ability to meet daily production goals Preferred (but not required) Experience with M&R and Anatol presses Familiarity with pre-press/reclaim processes Basic Adobe Illustrator or vector software knowledge Experience with specialty inks (puff, metallic, discharge, etc.) Schedule 9-hour shift Monday-Thursday 4
