Full-Time or Part-Time Bennett Uniform Manufacturing Inc. is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated team member to join our production team! We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and is ready to jump in wherever help is needed. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning new skills. Experience with screen printing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and break down the M&R Sportsman automatic screen-printing press. Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production. Inspect finished prints for quality, accuracy, and color consistency. Clean screens and equipment after production runs. Perform basic equipment maintenance and help troubleshoot issues. Assist with packing orders, shipping, and fulfillment as needed. Help in other areas of production and the warehouse when needed. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Someone who is willing to learn new skills and take direction. A team player who is flexible and willing to help wherever the work is needed. Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work. Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ability to stand for most of the workday. Ability to lift and carry items as needed for production, packing, and shipping. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Screen-printing or production experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. The most important qualifications are a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work hard.
