We are currently seeking an Offset Printing 2nd Pressman to join our Printing department in Omaha, Nebraska on 3rd Shift (11pm-7am) . This role is a key support position on the press crew, responsible for maintaining color accuracy, monitoring quality, and assisting the First Pressman to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. What You'll Do Support the First Pressman in operating the offset printing press safely and efficiently Maintain accurate color throughout production runs using densitometric systems Make press adjustments as needed to maintain color consistency and print quality Monitor carton quality by pulling and reviewing samples Compare production samples to approved color standards Assist with press setup, adjustments, and general operation as required Ensure hazardous materials are handled, labeled, and stored properly Maintain housekeeping and organization in the press area Follow all company policies related to safety, food safety, OSHA, NDEQ/EPA, and general compliance What Sets You Apart Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Fundamental understanding of offset sheet-fed printing processes Basic knowledge of press operation and routine maintenance Strong attention to detail, especially related to color and print quality Ability to work collaboratively as part of a press crew Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility Ability to obtain
