Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating narrow web flexographic presses and will be responsible for producing high-quality labels in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate narrow web flexographic printing presses. Install plates, dies, inks, and coatings according to job specifications. Load substrates and mix ink colors to achieve required print quality. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Record production data and complete basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Troubleshoot minor press issues and maintain efficient production flow. Follow safety procedures and meet production deadlines. Requirements Prior experience operating narrow web flexographic presses is required . Experience in label printing is highly preferred. Ability to distinguish color variations and maintain high-quality standards. Comfortable standing for extended periods, frequent bending and kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications Candidates located within commuting distance are preferred. Experience with ink mixing, press wash-up, and basic preventive maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
