Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing / Embroidery Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed and embroidered garments, ensuring each product meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Operate screen printing and embroidery machines efficiently to produce custom apparel according to design specifications. Prepare garments by organizing and loading them onto printing or embroidery equipment with care and accuracy. Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring color accuracy, stitching quality, and overall presentation meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling of inks, threads, and other materials used in the process. Troubleshoot common machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience with garment construction or manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with sewing machines and sewing techniques is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of fabric handling and stitching quality. Knowledge of screen printing or embroidery equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management can help ensure smooth material flow and organization. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
