Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Screen Printing Operator, where you will play a vital role in producing high-quality printed materials for a variety of applications. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing equipment, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the creation of vibrant, eye-catching designs. As a key player in our production process, you will ensure that each print meets our rigorous standards for quality and precision, helping us deliver outstanding products to our clients. Responsibilities Operate and maintain screen printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met at all times Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, including color management and layout design considerations Interpret production documents and artwork files accurately, utilizing prepress software and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Adjust mechanical components of printing equipment, including large-format printers and flexo presses, to achieve desired print quality and color accuracy Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct issues related to registration, color consistency, or mechanical malfunctions Collaborate with the design team to review proofs and ensure alignment with client expectations before full-scale production begins Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality inspections to support continuous improvement efforts Requirements Proven experience operating screen printing equipment or similar industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of color management principles and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or other layout tools Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment like large-format printers and flexo presses Ability to interpret technical documents, production specifications, and prepress files accurately Skilled in digital printing techniques and prepress processes including cutting, paper binding, and layout design Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all stages of production Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Screen Printing Operator and bring your technical expertise to life by creating vibrant prints that captivate audiences.
