$0.50/hr shift differential Mandatory Overtime including weekends during peak production periods What You'll Do Set up and operate digital printing presses Monitor print quality, color, registration, and alignment Adjust machine settings and materials as needed Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and minor troubleshooting Monitor production output and identify quality issues Follow job specifications, production schedules, and safety procedures Maintain accurate production and equipment records Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Cross-train on additional equipment and processes What We're Looking For 4+ years of manufacturing/production experience preferred Digital press or commercial printing experience strongly preferred Experience operating or troubleshooting complex production equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and quality Comfortable working with computers and machine interfaces Ability to read work instructions, manuals, or technical information Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Print experience is ideal, but we will also consider candidates with strong mechanical/equipment experience and exposure to the printing industry Interested?
