Full Job Description Lead Screen Printer — Automatic Press Hometown Apparel & Screen Printing | Chillicothe, OH Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | $20-23/hour to start We're the busiest custom apparel shop in the region and we're looking for an experienced automatic press operator to take over our press. What you'll do Run our automatic press — setup, registration, ink and squeegee selection, press speed, flash and cure verification Hold the quality standard on every job that leaves the press Troubleshoot on the fly: off-contact, ink deposit, misregistration, screen issues Direct your catcher and keep the press moving Do a final check on print quality before jobs move to finishing What you won't do You won't burn screens, chase down artwork, or build the production schedule. Our production coordinator handles screen prep and scheduling. Your job is to print, and print well. What we're looking for Hands-on experience running an automatic press (required — this is not entry level) Anatol experience is a strong plus Solid grasp of ink types, mesh counts, and cure temps Reliable and on time — the whole shop's schedule runs off this press What we offer $20-23/hour to start, based on experience Monday through Friday days.
