2:15 PM - 10:45 PM Operate. Inspect. Deliver. Be the driving force behind flawless production runs. Ready to work hard and see the results in your paycheck? As a Screen Operator, you'll be responsible for the setup and production of high-quality printing jobs, to meet customer and company expectations, cost-effectively, while meeting strict deadlines, on a roll-fed Screen Press. Tools of the Trade High school diploma or GED (trade experience is a plus) 5 years' experience operating large offset / digital presses with 2+ years' experience operating roll-fed or continuous screen-printing presses. Mechanical instincts — you know when something's off Detail counts — quality is everything Strong enough for lifting and long shifts Reliable teammate who puts safety first

Your Role on the Floor Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Continuous Inkjet Roll-to-Roll Printing Press equipment to ensure optimal performance. Monitor press operation during production runs to identify and resolve any mechanical or printing issues. Accurately interpret job tickets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all jobs meet customer specifications. Perform and schedule routine maintenance & service. Retain detailed records. Select and prepare print samples or proofs for customer review upon request.
