full-time Experienced Screen Print Production Technician Campbell Signs & Apparel - East Liverpool, Ohio Campbell Signs & Apparel is looking for an experienced Screen Print Production Technician to join our growing production team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, understands quality production, and can confidently operate both manual and automatic screen-printing presses . The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dependable, experienced screen printer with at least 3 years of professional screen-printing experience and a strong understanding of the complete screen-printing process-from screen preparation through final production and cleanup. Responsibilities Operate manual and automatic screen-printing presses Set up presses, screens, squeegees, inks, and garments for production Accurately register multi-color jobs and maintain consistent print quality Understand ink selection, mixing, viscosity, curing, and print characteristics Prepare screens for production, including coating, exposing, washing out, reclaiming, and drying Inspect screens and stencils for quality and proper registration Perform screen reclaiming and preparation for future jobs Load and unload garments efficiently and maintain production speed Monitor prints throughout production to ensure consistent color, placement, and quality Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as needed Properly cure printed garments and verify finished product quality Perform post-printing duties including cleanup, equipment maintenance, folding/packing, and job organization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area Follow production schedules and meet customer deadlines Work as part of a team while also being capable of working independently Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional screen-printing experience Experience operating both manual and automatic presses Strong knowledge of screen preparation and reclaiming Understanding of screen-printing inks, mesh counts, emulsions, exposure, and curing Ability to troubleshoot common screen-printing and registration problems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Dependable and excellent attendance is required Must be able to follow instructions and production schedules Ability to lift and move boxes of garments and supplies Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who knows screen printing and takes pride in doing it right .
