We are seeking someone with 1-2 years of screen-printing experience, including experience operating both manual and automatic screen-printing presses. Candidates should understand the fundamentals of the screen-printing process and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, verify count and prepare garments for production. Review work orders and verify quantities, garment specifications, print colors, print order, and other production requirements. Prepare screens for production; clean, coat and expose using proper screen mesh for desired print. Reclaim and clean screens after production. Operate both manual and automatic screen-printing presses. Produce consistent quality prints using proper squeegee techniques. Recognize and troubleshoot common ink, screen, registration, and various press issues. Verify completed quantities and print quality before breaking down and cleaning the press. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Work efficiently while maintaining consistent print quality and meeting production deadlines. Qualifications 1-2 years of screen-printing experience preferred. Experience with both manual and automatic screen-printing presses. Basic understanding of screen preparation, exposure, reclaiming, inks, and printing processes. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude. Reliable and dependable. Ability to work as part of a production team. Willingness to learn and follow established production procedures.
