We are a custom apparel decoration company that offers production printing and embroidery on merchandise such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets, etc. We are looking for someone with experience in quality and machine operation. This candidate needs to be able to come in and immediately be able to bring these skills. Various responsibilities, including: 3 year printing experience Must be highly detailed and organized Meet timed production deadlines, with consistency and high quality Must be able to stand, twist, and bend for long periods Be able to run both manual and automatic screen printing machine to print the graphics onto the shirt. Be able to work around and use chemicals with moderate odors Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring color consistency and alignment Troubleshoot technical issues during the printing process Shifts would be from 7am-4pm Mon-Fri some Saturdays if needed.
