Job Description

Multi Auto screen printing shop with openings for press assistant/press trainee
Job Duties:
Assist Operator with tear down and setup of jobs on automatic screen printing press Mix ink and prep for upcoming orders Monitor ink levels and print quality while the job is running Assist with finishing of orders - counting, folding, hang tagging, boxing orders Train to run the machine and become a lead operator
Job Requirements:
Printing experience preferred, but not required Must be highly detailed and organized Able to read and follow detailed job ticket instructions Meet timed production deadlines, with consistency and high quality Precise color recognition and understanding of color blends and tones Excellent communicator and team player Be able to work around and use chemicals with moderate odors. Must be able to stand, twist, and bend for the entire shift Must be on time and dependable Opportunities for future advancement to press operator
