Multi auto screen printing shop seeking a Production Lead. Must have automatic printing experience.

Job Duties:

Lead and direct a team of 7-10 people to meet daily production timelines Perform job checks to meet quality standards Willingness to work in any position on production floor to meet daily production Ensure everyone maintains a safe, and clean work area Conduct daily and monthly production meetings Lead and implement continuous improvement projects Job requirements: Must have printing press experience (screen printing preferred) Must be excellent communicator and positive team leader Able to read and follow detailed job ticket instructions Meet timed production deadlines, with consistent and high quality Precise color recognition and understanding of color blends and tones Extremely detailed Technical problem solving skills On time and dependable attendance Monday through Friday, 6:30am - 3pm, overtime as needed
