SCREEN PRINTER
to join our current team in Broomall, PA. Our production team is made up of artists and creatives, who strive to create high quality printed apparel. The position requires attention to detail, pride in work performance and the ability to work in a team environment. Our screen printers are responsible for printing a variety of apparel, maintaining machines and keeping a daily production schedule. We seek a person who can self-start, troubleshoot, and work with integrity. There is also opportunity for growth within the company. The position is part-time with some flexibility in hours, typically 20-25 hours a week. Shop hours of operation are 7am-4pm.
Job Functions:
Screen Printing Manual & Auto Set up of single and multi-color projects Spot check production for quality control Counting in orders and boxing up finished products Reviewing screens for errors or omissions
Coating and Burning Screens Skills/Abilities:
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment Drive and confidence to take on new responsibilities. Must be proactive and willing to accomplish tasks with minimum oversight. Self-starter attitude capable of owning important responsibilities and seeing them through to completion. Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, and to be accountable for meeting deadlines. M&R Experience a plus
Daily Activities Include:
Maintaining a daily on-time production schedule Bringing creative and innovative ideas and processes to every project and ensuring top quality.
