Talk Shirty to Me in Dickson City is looking to hire a Quality Control/Finishing. Previous experience is a plus but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES

INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Catch shirts coming off the belt at the end of the dryer. Inspect garments for any mistakes or imperfections. ( Misprints, Factory Defects, etc) Communicate clearly with the press operators about any issues as they arise. Count, prepare & organize jobs after print completion to move to the next department. Usually shipping, tagging, inventory, or to another machine for additional print. Monitor quality of printed shirts during the production run. Stop operators/machines when issues are found. Keep your work area clean and organized. Assist operators with clean up. Assist other departments when available. (Tagging, Receiving, Shipping etc) Entry level pay for this position is negotiable based on experience. Our onboarding program reviews new hires after 30 days. Reviews do not guarantee a raise.
