Job Type:

Full-time. Starting hourly rate is mid-$20's and up, negotiable based on experience. Overtime required occasionally but available on a first come first serve basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reads job specs and procures all applicable tooling Sets up the printing equipment to accommodate for job orders and specs in the production run Troubleshoots printing equipment Conducts adjustments as needed to meet customer specifications Performs checks for compliance to customer specifications and quality standards Completes record production and quality control worksheet accurately Complies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical knowledge Experience with flexo, offset, and silk screen printing processes Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly line operations Basic math skills for quality control and materials handling Knowledge of factory tooling and fabrication techniques
