Lead Offset Press Operator — Warwick, RI Exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Offset Press Operator in Warwick! This is a full-time, direct hire position offering competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term growth potential. The company is also open to training a strong 2nd Press Operator ready to step into a lead role.

Position Details Shift:

3rd Shift — Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00

AM Pay:

$28-$45/hour

Equipment:

10-color, 40" offset press — Heidelberg or Komori experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a 10-color, 40" offset press Supervise and monitor press crew performance Balance production speed with print quality standards Maintain proper color management and print quality procedures Plan jobs ahead to ensure all materials are prepared and available Enter accurate job completion details into the OMS Visual system Review job orders for quantities, stock specifications, colors, and special instructions Monitor feeding and printing operations to detect malfunctions Delegate responsibilities and communicate daily tasks to feeder operators Assist with ink fountain clean-up and line clearance during changeovers Perform preventative maintenance including greasing and lubrication per manufacturer and company standards Qualifications Experience operating Heidelberg or Komori offset presses preferred Strong understanding of print quality and color management Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus Open to experienced 2nd Press Operators looking to advance Please reach out for additional details or to discuss the opportunity further.
