Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating automatic (M&R) and manual presses in a garment decoration environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality prints.

Responsibilities:

Set up, register, and print high-quality custom screen print orders. Operate a 14-color M&R Automatic Screen Printing Press with precision. Ensure prints meet quality standards and deadlines. Perform screen prep, burning screens, ink mixing, setup, and reclaiming. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Troubleshoot printing issues and maintain press efficiency. Understand and properly use chemicals, inks, and various printing techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Minimum of 2 years experience operating automatic and manual screen print presses in a garment decoration environment. ✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control. ✅ Ability to see fine details, check for color accuracy, and ensure high-quality output. ✅ Heat press experience is a plus. ✅ Self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable with strong teamwork skills. ✅ Ability to follow written and oral instructions. ✅ Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. ✅ High school diploma or GED required. ✅ Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods. Work in and around industrial machinery and presses. Occasionally climb or move around workspaces. Use hands to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools, screens, and materials. Good vision and color perception to ensure print accuracy. Why Join Us?
