In this role, you will be working with a team responsible for operating digital printing machines to produce printed materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine operation and digital printing processes. You will be trained by our team. Responsibilities Operate digital printing machines to produce various printed materials according to specifications. (Read job tickets and print what's ordered) Prepare and set up printing equipment, including loading media, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting issues. (Load paper, set up the machine, and clear jams) Monitor print jobs throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained. (Check on jobs while they print) Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. (Keep machines clean and call an outside tech for maintenance) Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve technical problems promptly. (Work with the team to prioritize jobs and get them done on time) Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency before delivery or distribution. (Check finished jobs for mistakes before they go out) Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards and company policies. (Keep your area clean, safe, and organized) Experience Proven experience in digital printing or related machine operation roles preferred. Familiarity with digital printing equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct print quality issues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
