Carrollton, TX Shifts:
1st and 2nd shift
Salary:
$30 - $40 an hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Large Press Operator to join our team, operating a Komori Lithrone (640) press. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to producing high-quality print products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Komori presses to ensure optimal performance and quality. Set up press runs, including loading paper, adjusting ink flow, and ensuring proper registration. Monitor printing processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the press area. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and quality control. Experience with cold foil printing is a plus but not required. Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
