In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and managing color accuracy. Your technical proficiency in graphic design, prepress processes, and industrial equipment adjustment will be essential to meet production goals and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Operate large-format screen printing presses and digital printers with precision and efficiency. Manage color registration, color management, and ensure accurate color matching across multiple prints. Interpret production documents and specifications to set up screens, inks, and printing parameters correctly. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments on printing equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure consistency, clarity, and vibrancy of printed images. Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software to prepare artwork for printing. Assist in cutting, paper binding, layout design, and other finishing processes to deliver polished final products. Qualifications Proven experience operating screen printing machinery or large-format digital printers in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of color management techniques and print quality standards. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress software. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment and machine operation. Ability to interpret technical documents, production instructions, and layout designs accurately. Familiarity with flexo presses, digital printing technology, typography, and print advertising principles is a plus.
