Print Production / Bindery Minuteman Press Georgetown, TX Job Details Full-time $17 - $22 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Prepress Color management Attention to detail Organizational skills Layout design Full Job Description Job Overview Join our dynamic print production team as a Bindery / Print Production specialist, where you will play a vital role in transforming printed materials into finished products that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will be cutting, binding, laminating and running a Xerox digital press. Familiarity with Fiery rips is highly desired. Apparel experience is a plus. This is a part time position 20-30 hours a week that can transform into a fulltime position. Duties Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, laminators Execute finishing processes including folding, binding, laminating, Manage prepress tasks like layout adjustments, Conduct quality control checks throughout production to identify defects or inconsistencies in color management, typography, or layout design. Maintain maintenance schedules, and quality inspections to ensure smooth workflow. Operating a heat press or dye sublimation experience is preferred. Experience working at a Staples, USPS, Sir Speedy or similar preferred. Qualifications Prior experience running a digital press such as a Xerox, Ricoh, Konica or similar is preferred. Bindery experience such as cutting, laminating, folding is preferred. Heat press apparel experience is desired. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for prepress tasks is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly while maintaining high standards of quality control. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
