Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Screen Printer to join our production team at Neha T-Shirt. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating both automatic and manual screen-printing presses , preparing screens, mixing inks, and maintaining high-quality production standards. You will work alongside another experienced printer and receive training on specialty printing techniques such as puff or additive printing.Responsibilities:
Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for apparel and other materials. Burn, reclaim, and wash screens , ensuring proper exposure and cleanliness. Mix and prepare inks according to job requirements (Pantone matching, specialty inks, etc.). Set up and register screens accurately for multi-color prints. Maintain quality control during production—checking for misprints, color accuracy, and proper curing. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist in equipment maintenance and press clean-up after runs. Work closely with another printer to meet production goals and deadlines. Learn and assist with specialty printing techniques (e.g., puff printing, additives, special effects). Communicate with the production team about job status, issues, or needed materials.Qualifications:
1+ year experience in screen printing preferred (manual or automatic). Knowledge of screen prep, exposure, and reclaiming processes. Basic understanding of ink mixing and press setup. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality prints. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new techniques and processes. Must be available to work Saturdays .Schedule & Compensation:
Starting at 3-4 days per week , with potential to increase based on workload. Must work Saturdays. Pay based on experience and skill level.Job Types:
