In this vital role, you will oversee the operation of various printing presses (RYOBI & AB DICK), ensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and precision across all projects. Your expertise in mechanical adjustments, color management, and print production will drive the success of our manufacturing operations. We're looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional print advertising and graphic design solutions. You must have Experience in running one of these 2 presses. We will ask you to set up a job and run it from start to finish by yourself. We will not hire anybody who can not do complete that task. Duties Lead the setup, operation, and maintenance of AB Dick or Ryobi presses, digital printers, and Bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Manage color accuracy and consistency by applying advanced color management techniques throughout the print process. Oversee quality control measures to ensure printed outputs meet strict standards for typography, layout design, and overall print quality. Adjust industrial equipment and mechanical components to optimize machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Coordinate with prepress teams to prepare files using prepress software for seamless printing workflows. Supervise team members in machine operation, paper cutting, binding, machining, and other manufacturing tasks to maintain productivity and safety standards. Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting efficiently. Expertise in color management techniques and graphic design principles relevant to printing Knowledge of print production processes including cutting, paper binding, layout design, typography, and quality control procedures.
