We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various design disciplines and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. This role requires proficiency in both traditional screen printing techniques and digital design, enabling the creation of visually stunning products that meet client specifications. Duties Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various substrates. Collaborate with the design team to interpret artwork and prepare screens for printing. Ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the printing process by applying knowledge of color theory. Load and unload garments while maintaining proper placement and production speed. Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet established standards before final production. Clean presses, screens, squeegees, tools, and production areas. While the focus of this position is on screen printing this position will also require help with embroidery, paper printing and heat press. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in screen printing technology. Experience The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills: Minimum of 1 year of automatic press operation experience Knowledge of screen setup, registration, ink systems, and curing methods is helpful. Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to work around inks, cleaning chemicals, heat, noise, and production machinery. Ability to distinguish colors accurately. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
