The Opportunity:

We're looking for several talented Screen Printing Press Operators to become a key part of our production team. We have several positions in the works so were looking for the best and brightest talent. In this role, you'll help bring thousands of custom designs to life on T-shirts each week for high-profile local and national clients. What We're Looking For:

Someone with a minimum of 2 years screen printing experience in a professional environment is required (the more experience you have the better). Experience on an auto is a plus! A willingness to learn our processes and standards, even if you're a seasoned pro. A team player who is motivated to solve challenges and take ownership of their work. Responsibilities:

Shift availability for Monday-Friday. Hours are variable depending on season but range from 6 a.m.- 5 p.m., with the occasional weekend shift during peak seasons. Capable of standing for long hours Able to work in a warm indoor climate. Able to lift approximately 50 lbs Ability to troubleshoot quality and print issues Daily machine cleaning and maintenance Read and inspect customer work orders and alert team and mitigate any issues before printing. Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses. Experience with M&R equipment preferred. Assist as needed in screen department Capable of making self-imposed changes to improve print quality and speed up print times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on an a screen-printing press. We pay for experience so the more years the better. Know how to run automatic presses, thats a plus! Knowledge of best practices for high-quality screen printing, heat transfers, and embroidery Experience working in a fast-paced production environment GED or High School diploma preferred but not required: competency in basic math and problem solving a must.
