We're hiring a Press Assistant to work alongside our two flexo press operators producing custom labels and stickers for companies nationwide. We have a skilled team, low turnover, and real pride in our work. If you like hands-on work and want to learn a trade, this is a great place for you! What you'll do Help set up jobs on the press (mounting plates, loading material, changing anilox/inks) Wash up inks and clean the press between jobs Watch print quality and catch defects during runs Unload, inspect, and package finished rolls Keep the press area clean, stocked, and organized What we're looking for Mechanical aptitude and a good eye for detail Follows instructions accurately and works well on a team Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable attendance High school diploma or GED Authorized to work in the U.S. Print or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
