Flexo Press Operator

Full-Time | Steady Hours | Overtime Available We are hiring an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join a fast-paced packaging manufacturing team. If you have hands-on experience running flexographic presses and want a stable, long-term opportunity — we want to talk to you! What You'll Do Set up and run flexo printing press (wide-web, multi-color preferred) Monitor print quality and fix issues on the spot Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Mix inks and ensure color quality Work with the team to meet production targets Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow safety guidelines at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years of flexo press experience Experience with wide-web / roll-to-roll printing preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Team player with leadership mindset

Shift Details Night Shift:

6 PM - 6

AM Schedule:

2-3-2 rotation Overtime available Work Environment Manufacturing setting (standing for long periods) Light to moderate lifting required PPE required (provided or required) Why Apply?
