Job Summary We are hiring experienced Digital Press Operators for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Hartland, WI. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining digital printing equipment while ensuring each print job meets production specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

7:00 AM-3:00 PM — 1 opening 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM — 2 openings Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience operating a digital press machine and be comfortable working in a fast-paced print production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and maintain digital printing presses to produce print jobs according to specifications. Review job tickets and verify materials, file accuracy, quantities, and finishing requirements before production. Set up press equipment for proper color, registration, paper alignment, and print quality . Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and make adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot printing, equipment, color, registration, and production issues as they arise. Inspect finished work for accuracy, color consistency, image quality, and overall appearance. Perform routine press maintenance and request equipment service when necessary. Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure an efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records of press operations, including run counts, downtime, production activity, and maintenance. Complete production jobs according to established schedules and deadlines. Assist with continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ years of experience operating a digital press machine required Experience in digital printing, commercial printing, or print production Knowledge of press setup, color consistency, registration, and print quality Ability to read and follow job tickets, production specifications, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic press and production issues Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Strong time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines Experience with digital press operation, printing press equipment, prepress, bindery/finishing, graphic production, commercial printing, or print manufacturing is highly relevant.
