The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed apparel using a manual screen printing press. This role requires a keen eye for detail, pride in their finished work and the ability to work collaboratively with our group to bring their visions to life. Duties Set up and operate screen printing manual press to produce designs on various materials. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing processes. Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to enhance production efficiency. Experience The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical skills and artistic flair.
