Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30PM Bonus:
Every Other Friday Off! Key Responsibilities Perform assembly and brazing of aluminum heat pipe components used in aerospace and defense applications. Conduct product testing, inspections, and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Utilize hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques to build precision components. Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate production. Maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive small-part assembly tasks. Support quality, safety, and production goals in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Qualifications Experience with mechanical assembly, manufacturing, machining, or brazing. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, precision components. Blueprint or schematic reading experience preferred. Stable work history and reliable attendance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
