Assembler - 2nd Shift

The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday-Thursday 3:15 pm-1:15 am.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.
• Package parts and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance to prints.
• Operate test equipment when required.
• Ensure proper documentation with labeling.
• Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Perform basic computer and math skills.
• Quality conscious
• Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
• Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
• Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
• Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

Hourly Pay Range:

$22.78 This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations. This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
