Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient production processes and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with assembly line operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing and warehouse operations within a supportive team setting. Duties Assemble products and components on the production line using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth workflow Use warehouse experience to manage inventory and ensure parts are available for assembly Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards Assist with the setup and changeover of assembly stations as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Safely operate forklifts when required for material handling (training provided if necessary) Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical devices Warehouse experience is a plus, especially involving inventory management or material handling Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided Ability to work efficiently in a team environment within a manufacturing setting This role is vital for supporting our production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing facility.

$15.50 per hour
