Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician 1099 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products, ensuring quality standards are met through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative processes, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to support production efficiency and excellence. Duties Assemble mechanical components and products using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in accordance with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide assembly processes effectively. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or manufacturing floor while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience with manufacturing assembly processes, preferably in a warehouse or production environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and fabrication machinery. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of machining techniques and experience working with manufacturing or fabrication teams. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly procedures.
