Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will help build and assemble products by following instructions, using hand tools, and ensuring quality standards are met. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to grow in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Read and follow instructions, drawings, and cut sheets to assemble products Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and hammers Assemble parts and install sub-assemblies into frameworks Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform rework or adjustments as needed Move completed products to the next stage of production Support team operations with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or factory experience is a plus Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measurements, tape measure use) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime when needed Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods of time Use hands and arms frequently for handling tools and parts Perform bending, crouching, and reaching Lift up to: 10 lbs regularly 20 lbs frequently 30 lbs occasionally (with assistance) Work Environment Manufacturing setting with loud noise levels Exposure to vibration, dust, and airborne particles at times
