We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals who are ready to learn new skills, contribute to a team environment, and grow within a stable company. Whether you have previous assembly experience or are looking to start a new career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply. Job Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently Follow production instructions and quality standards Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively Inspect finished products to ensure quality requirements are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Marathon is an equal opportunity employer.
