  • Role Overview
  • As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in constructing complex electronic and mechanical systems that power cutting-edge aerospace and defense solutions. Your work directly impacts the reliability, performance, and innovation behind mission-critical technologies.
  • What You'll Do
  • In this hands-on position, you will: + Assemble
  • electronic and mechanical components
  • including modules, boards, panels, cables, and subassemblies + Work from
  • engineering diagrams, drawings, and work instructions
  • to complete precise builds + Use
  • hand and power tools, jigs, and saws
  • for assembly operations + Perform
  • continuity checks
  • and quality inspections throughout production + Conduct
  • rework, modifications, and testing
  • of assemblies and prototypes + Work with
  • microscopes
  • to complete fine, detail-oriented assembly + Ensure products meet
  • strict quality and performance specifications
  • + Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Minimum of
  • 2 years of assembly experience
  • + Experience with
  • soldering, SMT (surface mount technology), or wire harness construction
  • + Ability to interpret
  • complex engineering drawings and blueprints
  • + Experience working with
  • precision tools and microscopes
  • + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality +
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Experience with
  • radio frequency (RF) or CNI systems assembly
  • + Background in
  • rework and modification of dense SMT circuit boards
  • + Experience assembling
  • prototype cables or experimental builds
  • + Familiarity with
  • MES systems
  • such as SAP, Solumina, or Tableau + Knowledge of
  • ESD, FOD, ITAR, and AS9100 standards
