What You'll Do:

Read and follow printed routing steps and/or instructions. Cut/trim fiberglass mat. Hand-Layup fiberglass materials to specified thickness. Prepare fiberglass pipes, fittings, flanges, etc. for fabrication. Use hand and power tools for surface preparation. Accurately record work hours and materials per job, per day. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures for working in a fiberglass shop.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. Have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Willingness to travel for field projects. Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed. Ability to work in confined spaces and in outdoor environments. Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screenings. Reliable transportation to and from work.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required) TWIC (Preferred) OSHA 10 (Preferred) Basic Plus (Preferred)

Work Schedule:

Our shop hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional extended or weekend hours for special projects. Field assignments may require travel and shifts of 10-12 hours per day, 6-7 days a week, until project completion. Field jobs include bonus pay and per diem for overnight stays. Pay starting at $20 per hour. More depending on experience.
