Day Shift:

6 AM-2:30 PM Join the Crew That Gets It Done. It's time to get on the line. We're hiring Assemblers to keep the machines humming and the orders rolling out. If you've got the grit to handle a fast-moving production floor, we've got steady work and solid pay waiting.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to perform soldering and detailed hand assembly (experience a plus) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Stand/walk for extended periods Perform repetitive hand motions Lift 10 lbs frequently / up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance) Work in tight spaces, bend, stoop, and reach as needed Previous experience in manufacturing or light industrial roles preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties:

Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Perform wire preparation and assembly tasks, including bending, shaping, cutting, and soldering wires and lugs. Attach wires using lugs and crimps, sanding wires, and applying sleeving Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools Pull lead wires and complete finishing steps per specifications Use lift assist equipment when handling materials over 50 pounds Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity standards Support physical inventory activities Adhere to 6S and Lean Manufacturing practices Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced production environment
