Requirements:

Previous industrial painting, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to use spray guns, rollers, and other painting equipment Knowledge of paint mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules Ability to work safely with paints, coatings, and hazardous materials Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts Apply primer, paint, enamel, and protective coatings to manufactured components Mix paints, pigments, and coatings according to specifications Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and appearance Assemble painted parts and components as needed Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools Follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous material handling procedures Assist with material handling and production support activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
