Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Assembler Specialist for the Production Team. Our team isresponsible for delivering high‑quality hardware assemblies that meet stringent defensestandards. What You Will Be Doing As the Assembler Specialist you will be responsible for executing preciseassembly tasks on electronic and mechanical sub‑assemblies while ensuring compliance withdefense specifications. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies andsubassemblies.
- Interpret diagrams and drawings to create initial layouts using hand and power tools, jigs,and saws.
- Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections on work‑in‑process and completedassemblies.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble prototype assemblies per specifications.
- Test experimental assemblies under simulated conditions. ## Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents
- Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during sheduled work periods ## Desired Skills
- Familiarity with LRSS production line and operations
- Ability to work extended or non-standard hours
- 6S program familiarity
- Ability to remain focused within a dynamic decision-making environment, meet deadlines, and support business needs
- Abililty to quickly learn novel manufacturing techniques
- Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during sheduled work periods
- Exceprional teaming skills and ability to get along with others in creating a positive work environment
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to train other employees
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
