Responsibilities:
Assemble products and product components by hand as part of a self-directed work team. Rotate through multiple assembly stations and perform various production tasks. Follow established procedures, policies, and standard work instructions (SWIs).
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Must be willing to work required overtime, including possible 12-hour shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds while following safety procedures.
